Post Miami Arbitration

Two day conference with ICC arbitration specialists leading discussions on a wide range of topics of central importance in a Latin American context. As approaches to key issues may differ from on region to another, the success of an arbitration also greatly depends on a good understanding of local legal cultures and attitudes. The conference is a key forum for understanding international commercial arbitration in Latin America and aims to shed light on the latest developments in the region. 
Working languages are English and Spanish, with simultaneous interpretation. 
For young practitioners: the day prior to the conference, ICC offers a special program designed for arbitration practitioners of 40 and under, in association with the ICC YAF (ICC Young Arbitrators Forum).
